About Bandit - Adopted! | |

|
It looks like we've had another foster failure here. That means that the family fell in love with their foster and decided to adopt. Bandit is a very lucky boy to have such a great Mom & Dad and his Big Brother Harley.
Bandit was pulled from the Georgetown SPCA the day he was scheduled to be destroyed due to their severe overcrowding. We did NOT have an available foster home for him so if Hollie (Our dear Harley's real Mom) had not agreed to foster him, this pup would be dead now.
UPDATE from Bandit new foster Mom Hollie.
Bandit is well and is adjusting great. He kisses the cats plays with the dogs both male and female. We are working on sit and paw. He and Harley have sniffed and kissed and have started playing together.
He is a real sweet boy and I am glad I went with my gut and did not let him die. He loves to go for walks and play in the yard. He goes to the door when he has to potty which is a very good thing. He likes to play with the hose too.
He is an affectionate, sweet & friendly, and oh so cute little 6 month old baby boy! He kissed me all the way home! He ended up at the shelter as a stray. He had a collar but no tag. He is going to be very small for his breed mix, we do not think he'll go much over 45 pounds when full grown. He he were a girl, we would call him petite. He looks very much like a German Shepherd with rottie markings. He is a very special little man and will make a wonderful companion.
He has been to the vet, neutered, up to date with all his shots, heartworm negative, started on Heartguard & Frontline Plus, no worms, no illness of any kind. He is now up for adoption. If you would like to adopt him, please request an online adoption application and we'll forward it immediately.
